so, last night, i was up until four and then slept in today until one. since that really isn’t on, i’m fiddling with my dosage as my psychiatrist suggested. so i took twice my nighttime dosage, took a shower, and then proceeded to clean the sink single-mindedly and methodically, with a toothbrush.
